Every file we post here works or has worked at some time. This section is difficult to upkeep due to the fact that keys, rom files and bins change sometimes daily. Therefore be aware that this private members section is for educational purposes only. After testing your equipment out a few times you should be able to find files and keys all over the internet. The only files we maintain on a regular basis are the rom 102/103 and atmega files. Please check the dates on all our files before installing, especially fta stuff. We have partnered with them to provide Free-to-air.us customers with all the updated files they require. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ROM 102 PANDORA USERS: IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT SOME PEOPLE ARE looping THEIR CARDS. ie. ATR ERROR.
WHAT THIS MEANS IS THAT YOU ARE NOT resetting your card in nagra BEFORE UNLOCKING IT AND PROGRAMMING OUR LATEST ROM BIN. IF YOU DO NOT RESET THE CARD BEFORE UNLOCKING/PROGRAMMING YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR ROM CARDS! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE VIEW THE VIDEO PROVIDED 1ST.
- Loader: DnUpMan_NTSC_050408.exe - Bin file found - DB9 Female-to-Female Serial Cable "Crossover" (Null Modem)
Steps:
1- Connect your Null MODEM Cable to the RS232 port behind the FTA 2- Plug the other end to your computer's COM PORT i.e. COM1 3- Double click on the DnUpMan_NTSC_050408.exe loader 4- Under the FIRMWARE section, Click "BROWSE" 5- Select the proper ".bin" file you wish to send to your FTA receiver by double clicking on it. i.e.: "LATEST.Bin" 6- Click "Download" to send the firmware (.bin) to the FTA receiver
MAKE SURE THE LNB Freq = 11250 AND THE TP FREQ = 12224

turn off viewsat from switch in the back hook up to pc with null modem cable
run loader2 an open files an pick all 4 files
the pgm pick right one for platnium or extreme depending on what u have
click pc to stb
turn on receiver by the switch an it will load wait till finished on program
once done check your channels
you will not get all locals an it depends on where u are located on which ones u do get
p.s. also make sure your autoroll options is off in the options menu

Here are the latest updates for the coolsat card fix on the latest map change. If they already have a card, only need to update the bin and wait for keys to reload. If it is a new setup of course then they need to aux the card too.. Hope this helps.. Michael (posted by private member)
1- Plug the receiver into electric outlet 2- Plug serial cable into receiver and into computer's COM PORT. (COM1 default) 3- Double-click on Coosalt Proloader.exe file 4- Check that "SOFTWARE" tab is currently displayed 5- Click on "Browse" and select the right firmware file and click OK 6- Click "CONNECT" and wait for the "START" button to appear. 7- Click "START" to start programming. 8- Wait for the procedure to complete i.e.: 100% 9- Click on "CHANNELS" tab 10-Click on "Browse" and select proper *.ndf file then click OK 11-Click "CONNECT" and wait for the "START" button to appear. 12- Click "START" to start the programming the channels. 13- Wait for the procedure to complete. i.e: 100% 14- Unplug receiver from computer and plug it on your TV.
Step for putting receiver in service:
15-Press on "MENU" on your remote control 16-Select "Installation" -> Pin: 0000 17-Selection "OPTIONS" 18-Switch "Renumbering by SID" to ON so that channels are setted to their right channel number. 19-Press "Exit" on the remote, SAVE -> YES 20-Press "Exit" again 21-Back to TV screen: Wait for receiver to roll proper keys (2-10mins appr)

Latest Jeepers file, bin file and key codes ATMEGA - Download these Files then do steps 1-6
STEPS:
NOTE: buy a gender bender so you can attach atmega programmer directly to printer port (do not use any cables!). The gender bender looks like this
1. unzip ATMEGA.zip files we provide
2. double click jeepers
3. choose network settings (most likely atmega)
4. choose enabler (most likely 119+110 and do not change anythign else!)
5. click full monty
6. if that dont work close jeepers and do 1-5 again. remember sometimes jeepers take up to 10 tries to crack the card open :)

Setting Local channels on the Atmega: Open this text file
Read IRD # from the receiver Using a Jtag and JKEYS program
Connect Jtag, Then open Jkeys.
click FLASH PROGRAMMING, Click READ, Then save file onto your desktop. Also make a copy of it for backup (just incase you screw something)
Download the correct file below that matches your receiver model. Again, if your model is not listed below email free-2tech@hotmail.com
Open Jkeys, Click Detect, then wait. Make sure you have Ird #'s and Box Key #'s filled out (doesnt matter what numbers)
Click Flash Programming, Following Popup window steps, Click OK
Full Erase 3 times
Click Program, click Yes, Then select bin file you downloaded, or received from free-2tech, click Open
Then wait for Flashing to finish
Then click Okay
Unplug receiver. Plug back in
In jKeys, click Detect, click EEPROM Programming, follow steps, click OK
Click Program, Select EEPROM file from zip, click open
wait for FLASHING, click OK
Unplug receiver, plug back in, enjoy!
NOTE : program your receiver 1st then your Atmega card
Programming your Atmega card now:
Plug in the DB-25 Cable (male to male Printer Cable) to Atmega card programmer
Make sure Atmega card is in the programmer
Open Jeepers, Click FULL MONTY
Put card into receiver
Unplug chord (power off and on)
Wait for menu to download and watch tv
LATEST KEYS - JUST copy and paste THEM INTO JEEPERS AND CLICK FULL MONTY

Don't forget to use the unlock key 1st in Nagra before writing rom10 bins. Do this by hitting the key then type the password "aabbccddaabbccdd" then write the bin :)

Step by step instructions: We make it super easy!
1. Make sure you have installed Microsoft .Net Framework (dotnetfx.exe) - download here
2. Install the Microsoft .Net software
3. Download NagraEdit vs. 9 software and unzip it - download here
4. Download our ROM 102 latest bin file
5. Put the bin in the same folder as your NagraEdit folder
6. Double click N2Edit.exe
7. Now at the top of the nagra's meny, click TOOLS, then UNLOCK CARD (his process dows not unlock your orginal UNPROGRAMMED rom card it only allows our bin to be written on your card). Then type in aabbccddaabbccdd.
8. Click FILE , then OPEN IMAGE, then CHOOSE our latest bin
9 Click Card, the choose Write file to card.
10. Give it about 30-60 seconds. VIOLA, YOUR 99% DONE!
11. Once you place the card in your receiver you might have to unplug the receiver for about 10 minutes, then do a SWITCH test if you are using dual lnb's for 110 + 119 etc...
12. This procedure marry's the card to your receiver.
If you screwed up your bin file for your flash programming and eeprom on your 301 receiver, heres the files you need to upload with JKEYS software to your receiver using a jtag. This is required so that your rom 102 cards get married to the receiver. Peter has edited the FLASH 2 bin file to include the UNIVERSAL BOX KEYS for you! - downloads 3 bins
Pandoras and Mikobus come with a dual cable. This means they both get power souce from the ps/2 cable thats built on. BUT i always suggest using a 9 volt battery adaptor because some computers only provide 6 volts through the ps/2 keyboard slot.

Download Winexplorer: the program for the Pandora (it includes help files) - download
NOTE: If for some reason your rev 3,4,5,6,7,8 card does not unlock you'll need to FLASH the Pandora again before attempting to unlock it. To flash the PANDORA CARD UNLOCKER please take the toggle switch off while putting the software on. Then put the toggle switch back on when you want to UNLOCK your rom card.
1. unzip the all-flashes.rar file 2. double click XpAtmel.exe
3. choose Newd13, and take the toggle switch off
4. choose com port (usually 1 or 2)
5. click Program! WAIT FOR A FEW MINUTES
6. close program
When ready to program your card - put back toggle switch!
